My Weight Loss Story Video + Before and After Weight Loss Photos!



Hey Guys!

A while back I posted about my Weight Loss Story (click here to read). Since, it has been requested a TON on my YouTube channel and I finally decided to sit down and talk about it for all my new subscribers who don't know my story. At the end of the video, I also showcase a picture slideshow of some pretty embarrassing before and after photos. LOL Hope you all enjoy and are inspired to start or keep living a healthy lifestyle!

I first stumbled upon your blog and I liked they way you did your makeup and the products that you used (laura mercier) and then went on to search for you on youtube, to my delight you were there! I have now purchased many of the products that you use (Lorac pro palette, LM secret undereye brightener, etc.) and will continue to follow you! Please make more videos using the Lorac palette.   4. Hi Cheryl, I have been reading your blog for at least a year now, and I just wanted to tell you that I really appreciate this video. I put on 6kg a few years ago when I was stress-ate junk food non-stop over two months, and I have not been able to shed any of that excess weight. I am actually doing a lot of the things that you advised in your video, but since there wasn't much result, I was really on the verge of giving up, thinking that I will never go back to the way I was. So your example is very encouraging and your video has come at the right time, reminding me to be patient and not give up. Thank you!

  7. Cheers to your weight loss! I admire the fact that you took the initiative to lose weight the natural, healthy way. Being from Southern Ontario myself (Toronto) I know that walking is a huge factor in losing weight, thankfully for us there's so much to see and do in our city (and it's all within walking distance).

    You look great, and I appreciate you advocating the natural and REAL way to lose weight. A majority of people I know are hooked either on weight loss pills or insane fad diets.

  8. Thank you for sharing your story. You've inspired me to stay on the right track (eating salads for lunch, not putting of exercising, drinking lots of water more importantly not giving up my coffee altogether hehe). I hope to lose about 10 lbs. You look amazing. Congratulations!

  15. One of my favorite ways to have a healthy breakfast is to make a Green Monster. It contains fruits, and vegetables and tastes like fruit punch. This is the recipe I use:

    1 cup 100% juice (I use grapefruit but you can use anything you like)
    1 frozen banana, cubed
    1/4 orange, frozen
    2 handfuls of spinach.
    1 tbsp chia seeds

    In a blender pour in the 1 cup of juice. Add the orange and banana. Blend. Next, add the 2 handfuls of spinach and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.

    It's awesome for weight loss. Enjoy <3 <3 <3
